The Buffalo Bills are out to get the best
players (Drafts picks) for their team this
(2003) season. Former Philadelphia Eagles
cornerback Troy Vincent will be playing for
the Bills this season, Vincent who was
drafted in 1992 in the first round as Miami
Dolphins seventh pick and then moved to
Philadelphia in 1996, will be the new
cornerback for the Buffalos after Antoine
Winfield left for the Minnesota Vikings.
Other players signed were Kahlil Carter (defensive back), Jasen Esposito (offensive lineman), Asa Francis (linebacker), Mike Shafer (kicker-punter) and Greg Zolman (quarterback). New drafts include Tim Anderson, J.P. Losman and fourth round pick Tim Euhus.

Formed in 1960 by Ralph Wilson, a Detroit businessman the Buffalo Bills were first an American Football League franchise before moving to the National Football League (NFL) in 1970. In the AFL they have won the League Championships twice (1964 and 1965), three East Division Championships (1964, 1965 and 1966). In the NFL they have won the Division Championships (East) seven times but have never won the League Championship. They have appeared in the playoffs seventeen times since 1963. The team has housed NFL hall of fame greats like O.J. Simpson (1985), Bill Shaw (1999), Marv Levy (2001), Jim Kelly(2002) and recently in 2003 James Lofton and Joe Delamielleure. The Buffalo Bills play their home games in the Ralph Wilson Stadium which is located in OrchardPark, Buffalo, New York.
